 • N° 2 vacuum furnaces for tempering and horizontal loading with square room of diameter 600X600X900 mm • N° 1 vacuum furnace for tempering and horizontal loading with round room of diameter 600X900 mm • N° 1 vacuum furnace for tempering and vertical loading with round room of diameter 1500X1500 mm • N° 2 vacuum furnaces for tempering salt bath with round room diameter 1000X1500 mm • N° 10 tempering furnace in inert atmosphere maximum diameter 1500X3000 mm 1500X3000 mm All the tempering plants have mechanical pumps and root pumps allowing to reach a vacuum level of 10-2 mbar; on two plants there are also 2 diffusion pumps allowing to reach a vacuum level of 10-3 mbar, thus making these plants suitable for special treatments like brazing and inox steel solution heat-treatments without modification of the surface colors. MOULDS FOR PLASTIC MATERIALS STEEL 1.2343 VACUUM TEMPERING: • It keeps the surface characteristics of good polishing after the thermal treatment. • Surface cleaning. COOLING IN NITROGEN 10 BAR WITH THERMAL BATH SIMULATION: • Best reduction of deformations without influencing the mechanical characteristics as far as the resistance is concerned. |
