 Vacuum tempering plant equipped with diffusion pump to reach 10-5 mbar needed for brazing, bright annealing, solution heat-treatment of inox steels. In this sector another relevant factor is the integration between the surface different technologies: in this way we are able to reduce to the minimum the friction coefficient (f=0.04), increase the hardness with different depths ranging from 0.05 to 1 mm. T.T.N. Veneta is located in Nervesa della Battaglia on a new construction area covering 5000 mq. This building has also offices and a Laboratory. At the moment the Lab is equipped with vacuum plants with big dimension. Specialized people follow the cooling and heating phases directly through PC VacuProf® an advantaged software able to manage all the parameters of the plant: speed of heating and cooling, stillness, cooling pressure, turbine speed referred to thermocouples inserted in the surface and in the core of the pieces. They all have diffusion pumps added to the mechanical and rotate so they are suitable for any treatments ranging from brazing, solution heat-treatment to magnetical or bright treatment on inox steel of copper on titanium etc. |

 Vacuum tempering plants of dimensions 1200 X 1200 X 1800 mm able to temper loads up to 20 quintals or to treat big inox steel pieces- Temperature uniformity class 5 - In the picture: load of steel AISI H13 for profiling industry. A relevant factor is that the certificates are printed directly from VacuProf¨ outside the furnace and are ready to be sent to the client. Furthermore they are automatically saved and stored. |
