DRY TOOL® Dry-tool® is a new generation PVD coating, it combines a high hardness (more than 2000 Vickers) a very low friction coefficient (from 0.4-0.5 of traditional coating to 0.03). An exact application of dry-tool® will allow you to: • Increase the performance of traditional coatings (more high speed, more productivity, lower temperature) • Reduce the use of counterpart • Reduce or eliminate the lubricants (less pollution, lubrication in depth). It is apt for: • Tools (tips, milling cutters, hobs, blades etc.) for steel working (also inox) and for not ferrous materials aluminum, copper, brass.) • Drawing, coining, inox sheet metal cold strain, copper... Bearing, gears and all problems due to fluent wear.
